At Cure Reserve, we aim to offer a smooth and reliable doctor appointment booking experience. We only charge a platform fee for enabling access to our online booking and scheduling services. We do not charge or collect any consultation or service fee on behalf of doctors, clinics, or hospitals.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a refund of the platform fee may be applicable.

1. What is Refundable?

Cure Reserve may refund the platform fee under the following situations:

  • Doctor or clinic cancels the confirmed appointment

  • Appointment not confirmed due to a technical error

  • Double or duplicate payment for the same appointment

  • Doctor did not show up or was unavailable at the scheduled time

All refunds are subject to approval after verification by our support team.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The platform fee will not be refunded in the following cases:

  • User cancels the appointment

  • User does not attend or misses the appointment

  • User arrives late and misses the consultation

  • Dissatisfaction with the doctor’s consultation (as we do not influence treatment decisions)

  • Attempt to cancel after the allowed cancellation window (as per platform or doctor policy)

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email or contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email or mobile number

  • Appointment ID / Booking Reference

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documents or screenshots

4. Refund Timeline

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Payment Gateway Fees

In some cases, third-party payment gateway charges may not be refundable. You will be notified about such deductions, if applicable, during the refund process.

6. Doctor or Clinic Fees

Since Cure Reserve does not collect any consultation or service fees, any disputes related to medical charges must be addressed directly with the concerned doctor, clinic, or hospital.

7. Policy Updates

Cure Reserve may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
