Through Cure Reserve, users can:

View doctor profiles, specialties, and availability

Receive digital prescriptions and consultation reports
Upload and store medical documents
Access telemedicine/video consultation features
You agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful medical consultation and booking
Provide true and accurate personal and medical information
Not misuse the service for spamming, fraud, or impersonation
Respect the time of doctors and avoid repeated no-shows or misuse of appointments
We verify doctor credentials to the best of our ability, but Cure Reserve:
Does not guarantee medical outcomes or cure
Is not responsible for any errors in treatment or diagnosis
Displays reviews and ratings for informational purposes only
All medical decisions and consultations are solely between you and the healthcare provider.
Cure Reserve does not charge users to access the platform. Consultation or service fees are paid directly to the doctor or clinic.
In some cases, we may offer online payment services on behalf of the doctor. These are secure and governed by third-party payment gateway terms.
Each doctor or clinic sets their own cancellation and refund policy. Cure Reserve does not offer direct refunds unless specifically authorized by the provider.
Check individual clinic/doctor cancellation terms before booking.
All content on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, software, and design—is the intellectual property of Cure Reserve and/or its licensors.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Cure Reserve is not liable for:
Medical negligence or malpractice
Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by doctors
Data loss due to technical errors or external factors
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our platform is a facilitator, not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if you:
Violate these Terms of Use
Misuse or abuse the services
Provide false or misleading information
Cure Reserve may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform implies acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Odisha.
